How much does delivery cost?
Nothing within India: delivery is free on every order. Delivery outside India is charged at checkout.
How soon will my order arrive?
The same day in Delhi NCR for orders placed by 5 pm, 2 days to Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata and other metro cities, and 3–5 days everywhere else in India. A piece made to your measurements ships once it is finished. Delivery details
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay when your order arrives.
How do I use the Karwa Chauth offer?
Enter the code KARWA10 in your bag or at checkout for 10% off every piece, until 29 October.
Can I return a piece?
Yes, free, within 7 days of delivery, and you don't have to tell us why. Keep it unworn and unwashed with its tags on, message us, and we collect it from your door. Pieces made to your measurements can be returned if they arrive damaged or defective. How returns work
When will I get my refund?
Within 7 working days of the piece reaching us, back the way you paid. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.
How do I find my size?
The size guide has the measurements for every size and how to take your own. Between sizes, or ordering for a wedding? Ask us about made-to-measure.
Can I see a piece before I buy it?
Yes. Try it on at our Chandni Chowk store, or see it on a WhatsApp video call, where we show you the fabric and the work up close.

Do you ship outside India?
Yes, worldwide. Delivery outside India is charged at checkout, and we can show you a piece on a video call before you order.
How do I track my order?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll tell you where it is.
How do I make a complaint?
