Every order ships from our store in Chandni Chowk, Delhi.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on every order within India. For orders outside India, the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

How soon it arrives

Delhi NCR (Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad)	Same day for orders placed by 5 pm India time. Orders placed later arrive the next day.
Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata and other metro cities	2 days
Everywhere else in India	3–5 days
Outside India	Depends on the country. We confirm an estimate when we ship.

These times are for ready sizes. A piece stitched or altered to your measurements ships once it is finished, and we confirm the date with you. Delivery times are estimates and can stretch during festivals, strikes or bad weather. If anything delays your order, we will let you know.

Need a piece by a certain date? Message us before you order and we will confirm it can reach you in time.

Cash on delivery

Within India you can choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay when your order arrives.

Tracking your order

We email you when your order ships. For an update at any time, message us on WhatsApp at +91 98111 01484 with your order number.

Delivery address

Please check your address and phone number at checkout so our delivery partner can reach you. If a delivery fails because the address is wrong or nobody is available, we will contact you to arrange it again.

Orders outside India

Customs duties and import taxes charged by your country are paid by you on delivery, and are not included in our prices or delivery charge.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will collect it free and refund you in full. See our refund policy.
