Refund policy

Ajmera Chandni Chowk wants you to love what you wear. If a piece isn't right, you can send it back for free within 7 days of delivery, and you don't have to tell us why.

What you can return

  • Any piece, for any reason, within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn and unwashed, with all its tags still on.
  • A piece that arrives damaged or defective, within 7 days of delivery. Please send us a photo of the damage if you can.
  • Pieces stitched or altered to your measurements can be returned only if they arrive damaged or defective, because they are made for you alone.

We check every return when it reaches us. If a piece comes back worn, washed, altered by someone else, or without its tags, we will send it back to you instead of refunding it.

How to return a piece

  1. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 98111 01484 or email ajmerachandnichowk@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number.
  2. Pack the piece as it came to you, unworn and unwashed, with its tags on.
  3. We arrange a courier to collect it from your door. Return pickup within India is free.

Ordered from outside India? Message us before sending anything back and we will tell you how to return it.

Refunds

  • We refund you within 7 working days of the piece reaching us.
  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the way you paid. Your bank may take a few more days to show the money.
  • Cash on delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer. We will ask you for the details.
  • You get back what you paid for the piece, after any discount or coupon code. Delivery within India is free, so there is nothing to deduct for it.

Cancelling an order

Changed your mind before your order leaves the store? Message us and we will cancel it and refund any payment in full. A made-to-measure piece can be cancelled until we start stitching it.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Return the piece as above and place a new order, or message us and we will help you choose.
